1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup white raisins
1/4 cup citron, cut
2 cup sifted flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla


1/2 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup cooking sherry
pinch salt
1 cup cream


Melt butter. Sift the flour and baking powder together. Mix all ingredients in order given. Place in buttered mold, steam 2 hours. Serve hot with sauce.


Cream butter, beat in sugar, add well-beaten egg yolks and cooking sherry. Heat in double boiler, add egg mixture, cook until mixture begins to thicken. Stir.
