Ingredients:

4 tablespoons cocoa
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
few grains salt
1/2 cup milk, hot
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Blend cocoa, sugar and salt. Add hot milk and cook over low fire, stir constantly until mixture boils, then cook without stirring to 220 degree F., or very soft ball. Remove from fire, add butter and vanilla and beat well.
