1 cup granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons lemon dessert
1 1/2 cups milk


2 egg whites beaten stiff
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon lemon


Blend lemon dessert and water. Add beaten egg yolks, sugar and milk, cook in double boiler stirring constantly. Remove from fire, cool. Beat well. Pour into pudding dish, cover with meringue. Brown lightly in oven. Or serve with shredded coconut.
