Ingredients:

1 teaspoon gelatin
3 tablespoons cold milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla, lemon, or almond extract
1/2 cup marshmallows cut into small pieces
1/2 cup blanched almonds, cut

Directions:

Soften gelatin in milk. Set dish in boiling water, stir to dissolve. Cool. Beat 1 egg white stiff and fold into the whipped cream. Add flavoring. Blend all the ingredients turn into a mold rinsed in cold water. Chill. Serve with sweetened whipped cream adding a few drops of vanilla.
