1 pound vanilla Nabisco
1/2 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups whipping cream, apricots and pineapple


Crumb Nabisco, use 1/2 for first layer in deep square cake tin. Cream butter and powdered sugar, add beaten egg yolks. Beat well. Fold in beaten egg whites. Spread over layer of Nabisco crumbs. Arrange canned fruit over mixture. Then cover with whipped cream. Finally top layer with Nabisco crumbs. Keep in ice box over night not in freezing unit.
