1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon cocoa
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla


Take ripe fresh pears, peel, cut in half, remove core. Fill center with cocoa, replace pear. Cover with sauce, serve immediately. Sauce:

Beat eggs well, add sugar, melted butter, blend together. Place in ice box to thoroughly chill. Before serving fold in whipped cream and flavoring.
