30 marshmallows
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup pineapple (or orange) juice
1/2 teaspoon almond extract


Melt marshmallows in top of a double boiler with boiling water. Stir until smooth. Cool, beat with rotary beater to a creamy consistency. Add pineapple and almond extract. Beat and serve cold. Or reduce recipe 1/2.
