1/3 cup seedless raisins
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon lemon
few grains salt


Cut raisins fine, wash well. Cook raisins, sugar and water until mixture thickens, about 15 minutes. Blend flour and butter slowly stir in the raisin mixture. Stir mixture and heat to boiling point. Cool. Cook mixture slowly.
