2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 cup seedless raisins, cut
1 7/8 cups sifted flour
1/8 cup lemon dessert
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla


Cream butter, add sugar, add well-beaten eggs. Sift dry ingredients, add alternately with milk. Save a little flour to save with raisins, add to mixture, then vanilla. Pour into 8 buttered baking cups and steam 30 minutes. Serve at once with lemon dessert (hot) sauce. Plump raisins in hot water then dry. Set cups in hot water to bake.
