1 1/2 cups strawberry pulp
3/4 cup powdered sugar
pinch salt
juice 1 lemon
1 pint heavy cream


Put strawberries through sieve. Add sugar and let stand 1 hour. Soften 1 teaspoon gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Stir in dissolve over hot water, stir into fruit. Add lemon juice. Whip cream stiff, add strawberry mixture, pour into mold and freeze in electric refrigerator. Peach pulp may be used.
