Baked Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

6 large potatoes
1 small onion (sliced)
salt and pepper to taste
6 lamb chops
cold water

Directions:

Peel and slice potatoes. Put them in a flat, open baking pan. Add onion, salt and pepper to taste. Cover with cold water. Place chops on top and lightly salt to taste. Bake at 350° for about 1¼ hours.

Makes 6 servings
