4 lamb shoulder chops
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoon salt
teaspoon black pepper
cup minced parsley
lemon slice and parsley to garnish


Brush lamb chops on both sides with lemon juice. Sprinkle with the oregano. Place on foil covered pan on metal serving tray. Broil 4 inches from heat source for 8 to 10 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, mix crumbs, oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley. Place chops on heat proof serving tray. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Just before serving, place under broiler 5 to 6 inches from heat and brown crumbs for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with lemon slice and parsley sprig.
