1 1/2 pounds ground raw breast of lamb
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
few grains nutmeg
1 teaspoon onion juice


Combine the ingredients in the order given. Pack into an oiled, medium-sized bread pan. Bake in a moderately hot oven 45 minutes. Unmould and make a gravy from the drippings in the pan.
