Blueberry Tarts
Ingredients:
3 cups blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
few grains salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
chopped pastry
Directions:
Line muffin pans with the pastry; and fill with the blueberries mixed with the sugar, salt and nutmeg. Place crisscross strips of the pastry over the top in lattice fashion; and bake 25 minutes in a hot oven, 400 degrees F.
