1 pint strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 pint heavy cream
4 baked tart shells


Hull, wash and slice the berries. Add the sugar and let stand 15 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff; and fold in the strawberries. Just before serving, fill the tart shells with the strawberry cream. Serve at once.
