Ragglets
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup sifted flour
4 eggs
oil for deep frying
cinnamon
sugar
Directions;
Bring butter and 1 cup water to a boil in saucepan. Remove from heat and add flour. Beat until smooth. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into deep fat at 375 degrees. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towel and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
