Chocolate Chiffon Pie #2
Ingredients:
1 envelope gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
6 level tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup boiling water
1/3 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
Directions:
Dissolve the gelatin in the cold water. Pour the boiling water over the cocoa and blend well, stir in gelatin. Cool. Beat egg yolks, and add 1/2 of the sugar. Blend all the ingredients and pour into a baked pie shell. Chill. Just before serving cover with sweetened whipped cream adding a few drops vanilla.
