3/4 cup cocoa
Line deep pan with pie crust. Bake quickly 10 to 15 minutes in hot oven. Cook cocoa, flour, sugar, salt, milk, until thick; beat egg yolks in butter, vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell, let cool. Beat egg whites with 3 level tablespoons sugar for meringue, brown in slow oven. Or serve with whipped cream; in that case use whole egg for filling.
