Filling Ingredients:

1 cups cooked pumpkin (mashed)
2 teaspoon salt
1 cups milk
3 eggs
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoons cinnamon
2 ginger
2 teaspoons nutmeg
teaspoon cloves

Directions:

Beat together all ingredients. Pour into pastry lined 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 425 just until a silver knife inserted 1 inch from side comes out clean, about 45 to 55 minutes. The center may still look soft but will set as pie cools.
