1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened>
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 can (16 ounces) pumpkin
1 9-inch prepared graham-cracker crust
1 cup heavy cream, whipped


Beat sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice with electric mixer for 1-2 minutes, until fluffy. Add pumpkin until blended. Spoon into pie crust. Chill 6 hours or overnight. Serve with whipped cream as desired. Makes 1 pie.
