Pie Crust
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup or less ice water
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together and work in chill shortening lightly. Add ice water slowly and roll on lightly floured board. Line pie tin, have dough well over edge of pan. Roll dough outward from center, keep circular form.
