2 cups dry bread crumbs
2 cups milk
3 cups ground ham (1 1/2 pounds) (raw or cooked)
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper


Soak bread crumbs in milk 5 minutes. Blend all ingredients. Place in buttered bread pan and bake about 50 minutes in a 350 degree F, oven.
