Ham Casserole
Ingredients:
slice of ham 1 inch thick
2 whole cloves
3 cooking apples
brown sugar
butter
1 cup milk
pepper
dry mustard
Directions:
Parboil ham then drain. Spread sugar over ham, dot with butter, place in
buttered baking dish. Cover with sliced apples, add butter. Pour over mixture.
Bake in moderate oven until ham is tender.
