Homemade Sausage #2
Ingredients:
2 pounds pork shoulder, ground
2 teaspoons salt
pepper
1/2 tablespoon ground sage or
poultry seasoning
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Put aside several hours to flavor. Make meat into patties and fry slowly to a light brown, pouring off any surplus fat. Serve with baked apples and apple rings. Cook until well done.
