1 1/2 pounds pork, lamb, or beef liver
4 slices bacon
2 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 teaspoon onion seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic seasoning
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper


Cover slices of liver with boiling water and allow to stand 10 minutes. Grind with bacon through medium knife of the food chopper. Add eggs, crumbs, and seasonings and pack into a greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour in a 350-degree oven. Serve with creamed potatoes.
