Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds ground uncooked ham
1/2 pound ground lean pork
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon onion seasoning
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions:

Mix crumbs, milk, slightly beaten egg and seasonings. When milk has been absorbed by crumbs, add meat and stir only to blend. Pack into loaf pan and bake in a 325-degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.

Makes 6 generous servings
