Ingredients:

4 cups sliced uncooked potatoes
salt and pepper, to taste
3 cups thin white sauce, well seasoned
4 loin pork chops cut 3/4 inch thick

Directions:

Arrange potato slices in a 2-quart casserole, and white sauce. Brown chops over moderate heat, season and arrange on top of the potatoes. Cover the casserole and bake in a 350-degtree F. oven about 1 1/4 hours, or until the potatoes are done and the chops are tender.

Makes 4 servings
