Short Ribs
Korean Style

Ingredients:

3 pounds short ribs
2 large pieces of garlic clove, crushed
6 green onions, chopped in 3 inches pieces & sliced lengthwise
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
1 teaspoon beef flavor
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions:

Pour everything in a large bowl & add ribs to it. Refrigerate overnight. Rotate ribs next morning. BBQ, Broil or bake at 375 degrees.
