4 chicken breasts (skinned if desired)
1 1/2 cups quick Rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
2 cups water
Greek seasoning
garlic powder


Combine rice, soups, mushrooms, water. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning. Place in 9x13 baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle top of chicken breasts with additional Greek seasoning and garlic powder. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken is browned.
