1 chicken, cut up
1/2 cup olive oil
3 1/2 cups canned or cooked tomatoes
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine


Cook chicken in oil until it is golden. Combine tomatoes and seasonings and pour over the browned chicken in the pan. Cover and cook over low heat until the meat is tender and the tomato is reduced to a thick sauce. (Remove cover of pan during the last 15 minutes of cooking to thicken sauce.) Add wine during the last 15 minutes of cooking.

Makes 4 to 5 servings
