1 chicken (cooked and diced)
1 cup cooked rice
3 cups broth
5 slices dried toast
salt to taste
4 eggs (well beaten)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
cup milk


Mix first 5 ingredients together and add the eggs. Pour in to a well buttered baking dish. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. In a saucepan, mix soup and milk. Warm over medium heat, Do not boil. Serve over chicken loaf.
