2 frozen pie crusts
3 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup pet milk
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated cheese
1 package 10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained


Preheat oven to 425. Place a cookie sheet in oven to preheat. In a saucepan, combine margarine, flour, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook over low heat until mixture is thick and bubbly. Stir in broth and milk. Stir until mixture begins to thicken. Add cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Add chicken and broccoli. Pour mixture into pie shell. Center 2nd pie crust (upright) on top of filled pie. Let thaw about 20 minutes. Crimp edges together and cut 3 slits in top crust. Place pie on preheated cookie sheet. Bake until crust is browned.
