Ingredients:

1 recipe pie dough
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 to 3/4 cup thick gravy
salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon spiced salt
dash celery salt
chicken gravy or mushroom sauce

Directions:

Divide dough into 4 parts and roll each into a round about 4 inches in diameter and 1/8 inch thick. Pile 1/4 of mixture of chicken, gravy and seasonings on half of each round. Moisten edges with water and fold into semi-circles. Crimp edges with fork and cut several gashes in the top of each to allow for the escape of steam. Bake in a 450-degree oven for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat and bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 350-degree oven. Serve at once with hot gravy or mushroom sauce.
