2 cups chicken meat, cut or 1 pound veal cut 1 inch cubes
3 cups celery cubes
1 cup cut onions
1 can bean sprouts
1 can chow mein noodles
4 tablespoons Chinese sauce
celery salt
onion seasoning


Fry meat slowly in little butter until tender. Add celery, onions, 1/2 cup hot water and cook. Add sprouts, cook several minutes. Add sauce, thicken mixture with little flour. remove to hot platter, serve with noodles, or hot steamed rice.
