3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
4 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup diced pimento
3/4 cup mushrooms, cut
celery salt
few drops lemon juice


Melt butter, stir in butter and seasoning. Slowly pour on milk and stock, stirring constantly. Bring to boiling point. Add diced chicken chicken seasoned with celery salt. Let stand in double boiler over boiling water 20 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.
