1 chicken (cut up)
1 cup all purpose flour
teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
cup milk
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup canola oil


Combine the flour, salt and pepper in a paper or heavy plastic bag. Combine egg and milk in a deep bowl and mix well. Drop chicken into bag (a few pieces at a time) into flour mixture. Remove and dip in milk mixture. Return to flour mixture. Shake to coat well. Put oil (about 1 inch deep) in a heavy deep sided skillet. Heat to a temperature of 350. Place chicken in skillet and fry 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, turning to brown both sides. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
