Spanish Fricasse Chicken

Ingredients:

chicken
2 tablespoons butter
2 small onions
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 cup chopped pimento olives
salt
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 cup canned tomato soup
pepper
celery salt
onion seasoning

Directions:

Prepare chicken for frying and cut into small pieces. Melt butter in frying pan cook small minced onions. Add sufficient fat and fry chicken. Add chopped green pepper, chopped pimento olives, minced parsley, canned tomato soup, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 1 hour. Serve hot with steaming rice.
