Sweet & Sour Chicken
Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts
1 package onion soup mix
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 cup apricot preserves
Directions:
Boil and bone chicken. Mix preserves, soup mix, and dressing & simmer over low heat for approximately 5 minutes. Pour over deboned chicken and let marinate overnight. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 40 minutes.
