4 cups juice
7 1/2 cups sugar
pure fruit pectin according to directions on box


Crush berries thoroughly, place in bag, squeeze out juice. Add fruit pectin to juice and mix well, bring to boil over low fire, add sugar, stir constantly. Then bring to full boiling point for 1/2 minute. Remove from fire, skin and pour into hot sterilized glasses. Cover with paraffin.
