Peach and Pineapple Jam
Ingredients:
18 ripe peaches, peel and quarter
3 small pineapples (peel, remove core and put
through food chopper)
2 cups sugar
1/2 pound sugar to each pound of fruit
Directions:
Mix in order given. Cook slowly until right consistency. Seal in hot fruit jars.
