Pineapple Jelly
Ingredients:
1 cup canned pineapple juice
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 envelope pure fruit pectin
Directions:
Dissolve fruit pectin powder in fruit juice, boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sugar and cook from 2 to 4 minutes according to desired thickness. Pour into hot glasses. Cover when cold with melted paraffin.
