1 cup juice from canned pineapple
Dissolve fruit pectin powder in fruit juices, boiling 2 minutes and stirring constantly. Add sugar and cook from 2 to 4 minutes, according to stiffness desired. Pour into scalded glasses. Cover with hot melted paraffin a second time after cooled.
