Rhubarb Conserve
Ingredients:
3 pounds sugar
3 pounds rhubarb
2 lemons
1 to 2 oranges cut up fine
blanched almonds sliced, may be added when almost
done
Directions:
Cut up rhubarb, put lemon and oranges through fruit chopper and then mix well with sugar and let stand overnight. In the morning let mixture cook until it thickens.
