2 cups strained tomato juice
3 cups granulated sugar
1 envelope pure fruit pectin


Boil the tomato juice, stir in the pectin and bring to boil. Stir in the sugar until well dissolved, bring to a rolling boil and boil vigorously 3 to 3 1/2 minutes. Remove from fire, let stand a minute, skim and pour into hot sterilized glasses.
