Tomato Soy
First Ingredients:
8 large onions
1 pack ripe tomatoes
First Directions:
Slice tomatoes, onions, with 1 teaspoon salt between layers. Let stand over night, drain off liquid.
Second Ingredients:
2 cups chopped pickles
1 large cup vinegar
8 chopped green peppers
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/4 pound white mustard seed
1 pound light brown sugar
mixed spices
Second Directions:
Add pickles, vinegar, peppers, sauce, sugar and spices. Mix thoroughly and boil 3 hours. Seal in sterilized jars.
