Wild Plum Conserve
Ingredients:
7 1/2 pounds red plums
6 1/2 pounds sugar
4 oranges
Directions:
Wash plums, cook 30 minutes and press through colander to remove pits. Add sugar dissolved in little water heated to boiling point, 3 thinly sliced oranges cut length-wise, and juice of other oranges. Cook 30 minutes.
