1 1/4 cups cider vinegar
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup sugar
12 egg yolks
2 level spoons dry mustard


Heat vinegar and water, add to beaten eggs mixed with sugar and dry mustard. Cook in double boiler until mixture thickens. Cool. Before serving, add little whipped cream. Will keep in closed jar in refrigerator.
