Chicken Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup olive oil
salt
paprika
Directions:
Beat egg yolks, add liquid, cook, stirring constantly. Cool by beating. Slowly add olive oil, seasoning, beat thoroughly.
