Chiffonade Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons chopped pimentos
1 tablespoon chopped chives
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 tablespoons pickle relish
1 tablespoon catsup
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
onion seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons beets, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil to which has been added:
3 tablespoons lemon juice
celery salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Shake well before using.
