Cream Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup whipped cream
paprika
Directions:
Place yolks, vinegar and butter in double boiler and cook beating constantly until smooth. Add seasoning. Remove from fire, add well-beaten egg yolk and heat sufficiently to cook egg. Chill. Before serving add cream.
